'Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)' Review
A Fun and Colourful Comic Book Movie

Rating: ★★★★

After the successes of 'Joker' and 'Aquaman' following the franchise's previous failures, 'Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)' continues the hot streak.
While this isn't for everyone, this reviewer thoroughly enjoyed what he believes to be a flawed but fun and ridiculous comic book movie. It does lack focus and likeable male characters, but it's well-choreographed action sequences, Guy Ritchie-esque crime caper story, enjoyable performances of vivid characters (most notably Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and the criminally underused Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress) and killer soundtrack make this an entertaining watch.
This movie, with the added on Deadpool and John Wick elements, is exactly what 2016's 'Suicide Squad' should've been.
