A Heartfelt and Sweet Fresh Take on the Rom-Com Genre
Rating: ★★★½
Natalie Krinksy's directorial debut 'The Broken Hearts Gallery' puts a fresh and unique take on the rom-com genre with its titular art exhibition... until it becomes something incredibly familiar, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Although the movie could have been improved with a more concise direction and slightly better chemistry shared between the characters, it is still nonetheless a fun and sweet watch with enjoyable performances from its cast and a heartfelt and entertaining story that will leave you happy once the credits roll.
